Success is not a dirty word

Starting my own business has been very difficult. I have tried to find books that not only provide some hope or knowledge but also keep my focus on what matters (ie. family and God). This book explains how to obtain your goals whatever they may be(more time with the kids, increase income, or better life with spouse). For me this book represents one important truth, which is you don't have to be poor to be a Christian. Great Book!!

Here is a book full of wisdom from one who has lived his life to the fullest! One of those wonderful true accounts of a self made man living justly, loving mercy and walking humbly with God. In addition to buying a copy for my family, I bought this book for my college nephew as I believe this book has all the necessary elements for encouraging a young person to set goals and strive for success without compromising personal integrity and devotion to the Lord. Don't miss the great thought provoking review questions in the back of the book! Mr. Meyer is in the same genre as Zig Ziglar, Norman Vincent Peale and Dale Carnegie. This is an incredible value...!! Paul Meyer, co-author of "Chicken Soup For The Golden Soul" and founder of Success Motivation International, has been considered to be the founder of the personal development industry. He is still going strong in his 70s and has distilled his principals, experience, and observations in "Unlocking Your Legacy."

Peter Drucker said, "If you are fortunate, someone with moral authority will ask you `How do you want to be remembered' early enough in your life so that you will continue to ask it as long as you live." About the Author

Farhan Saeed joined the merchant navy in 1988 and was engaged in worldwide trading as a deck officer on general cargo ships, container vessels and passenger vessels with the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation.

His marine studies, leading to Master Mariner qualification, have been undertaken at the Pakistan Marine Academy, the Australian Maritime College, and Fleetwood Nautical Campus in the UK. He obtained an M.Sc. in computer-based information systems in 2001 from the University of Sunderland, UK. After six years of teaching nautical science in Fleetwood Nautical Campus he has been engaged as Senior Lecturer in Maritime Operations at Liverpool John Moores University, UK, since 2008. He has recently completed Ph.D. research in the field of non-technical skills of deck officers.
